Customer Solutions Specialist Essential Responsibilities: The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-department knowledge of ALCIVIA products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout ALCIVIA. Process customer orders accurately and timely Successfully and quickly answer customer questions Handle customer changes and returns according to policies and procedures Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions Work closely with credit department to resolve customer disputes Notify management regarding important service issues or customer concerns Partner with sales to exceed customer expectations Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible Help in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows Other duties as assigned Customer Solutions Specialist Required Skills & Qualifications: Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience Customer service experience required Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Applications Agriculture knowledge preferred Comfortable with numbers and office procedures Understanding of purchase receipts and invoices Excellent verbal communication skills Customer focus Sales and service focused mindset Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task A desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others Communication proficiency Teamwork oriented Technical capacity Safety first mindset Find your place in a positive, supportive atmosphere where opportunity is always growing, with a team that believes in its mission.
