Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Customer Support – respond to inquiries about billing, delivery, and propane safety
• Scheduling – coordinate delivery and service appointments
• Recordkeeping – maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Resource Coordination – provide customers with assistance resources (e.g., MDHHS)
• Issue Resolution – handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
To be considered for the Customer Service Representative position, applicants should:
• Have previous customer service experience, ideally in utilities or energy services
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
