Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Customer Service Representative role at SH Advertising. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering top-quality customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. While the position is based in Colombo, some work from home is acceptable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
