Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, telephone, email, website, and other digital channels.
  • Pack and dispatch online orders received from digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage product returns, organize replacements or refunds as needed, and maintain detailed records of returned or lost items.
  • Monitor product trends to identify high-demand and underperforming items and communicate insights to the management team.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Meet and maintain assigned sales targets for digital platforms.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and a professional, friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized.
