Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Colombo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong ability to create positive Customer Experiences
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
