FASTSIGNS College Station is looking for highly motivated, detail oriented, passionate and a driven person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative. FASTSIGNS College Station opened for business in 2005. This location has consistently been in the top 15 out of 700 FASTSIGNS locations worldwide in both annual sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
Initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
Work with customers in numerous ways: email, telephone, in-person, customer site visits
Develop/maintain accurate records, communication & coordination via point of sale, job folders, e-mail, phone necessary to fulfill customers orders from concept to completion in a timely fashion
Implement work order process: prepare estimates, order conversion, art/design, proofing, output, production/fabrication, quality control, installation/pickup/delivery, payments
Requirements
Previous business-to-business sales experience
Strong verbal/written/listening skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills
Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
Good time management skills
Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

Regular full-time weekday schedule (M-F 8:30-5:30) with weekends off

Compensation: $31,000 - $37,400/ year plus sale bonus
