Client: Healthcare


Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Location: College Station, TX 77840

Duration: 7-8 Months - (High potential of Extension/Conversion based on performance)


Shift timings: Between 7 AM to 7 PM (8 hours shifts) (Monday - Friday)
 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely registration of new patients to optimize service and facilitate financial reimbursement.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information, and accurately enter data into the electronic medical record system.

  • Verify insurance coverage or determine patient self-pay responsibility and provide cost information.

  • Schedule appointments with financial counselors if necessary.

  • Schedule healthcare appointments based on need, patient request, and in accordance with system and clinic guidelines.


 
 
Education Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
