LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly expanding company in downtown Chicago to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who thrives in a high-touch, customer-facing role.
As the go-to liaison for high-value clients, you'll ensure smooth coordination between the customer and internal teams. This position is key to maintaining strong partnerships and supporting on-time delivery of critical products. Immediate availability is required, and this role offers the potential for long-term growth within a dynamic environment.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for large client accounts, managing communication and expectations
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent updates and problem-solving
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
3+ years of experience in client services, account management or relationship management, ideally in CPG, grocery or retail
Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with D365 is a bonus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
Must be available to work onsite in downtown Chicago, Monday through Friday
