Job Summary: Supports route drivers and Area Managers by acting as a liaison to all company resources. Provides excellent customer service in response to inbound customer telephone, e-mail and website contacts. We are a on a hybrid work schedule, meaning 3 days in office attendance and 2 days working remotely allowed after completing training.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Answer and document customer calls from assigned call queues and assist with customer requests for assistance with a focus on first call resolution.
  • Actively engage with customers over the phone through inbound calls. Light selling is expected.
  • Complete assigned Support Cases daily.
  • Respond to customer emails as assigned on a daily basis.
  • Enter new business submissions from sales team in accordance with daily deadlines.
  • Support Sales Team requests for updates to new customers.
  • Perform light logistics on an as-needed basis for urgent route driver changes.
  • Use and understand various systems to execute daily tasks.
  • Hybrid work from home/work from office schedule. Office hours may be required (minimum 3 days per week). Some weeks require more than the minimum.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
