Job Description

Regal Hardwoods, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information, entering and processing customer orders, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and enter orders
• Provide information about the Company's products
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
• Assist sales representatives in updating customer records as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Above all, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaker a plus.
• Compensation is Dependent on Experience Starting pay between $36k to $42k depending on experience.
