About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a company in the manufacturing sector to hire a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer's and manage incoming orders.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative/Sales Liaison will provide customer service by communicating with customers and/or sales staff by following through on every aspect of the order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receives customer’s orders, coordinates all purchase order details, enters orders and prepares orders for shipment
• Enter and process orders within standard turnaround times
• Arrange freight through TMS.
• Coordinate changes to orders with customers, production, and shipping teams
• Partner with Sales to help meet revenue and service targets
• Log and track customer information
• Resolve inquiries within defined service timelines
• Collaborate with internal departments
• Maintain accurate customer data, including shipping instructions, contacts, and product specs

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of customer service experience out of a product-based environment
• ERP and Microsoft Excel experience
• High school diploma
