STARK is seeking to hire an experience Customer Service Representative. This role will be responsible with interacting with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Shift: 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday

Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with placing orders, check stock, pricing and all other questions.
  • Follow up with customer on the ETA dates and on Will Advise orders
  • Provide Quotes on Fabricated Rugs and Custom Rugs within 30 minutes minimum, 1 hour maximum asking for help if they cannot meet these specifications.
  • Provide Freight Quote when needed.
  • Track Shipments
  • Match all PO's to the BOL once orders ship.
  • Processing tickets in Hubspot CRM.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Self-motivated, computer proficient, Microsoft Office proficient, strong oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills. Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Hubspot CRM preferred EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school degree or equivalent Excellent communication skills including active listening. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Work Environment:

This position requires work in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.
