**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Buchanan, NY
**Pay rate: $20.00-23.00 per hour**
**Job Summary**
Adecco, on behalf of a leading plumbing industry client is hiring a **Customer Service Representative** . In this role, you'll provide outstanding phone based support to customers by resolving inquiries, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
+ Resolve issues quickly by collaborating with internal teams.
+ Provide product support and educate customers on features and usage.
+ Collect and share feedback to improve customer service processes.
+ Other duties may be assigned as needed
+ Be friendly & well informed in your approach.
+ Training includes industry familiarity, knowledge of company policies, procedures, and pricing in order to familiarize you with all of the services we offer.
**Qualifications**
+ High volume phone based Customer service 2 years - REQUIRED
+ Ability to lift object weighing greater than 25 lbs.
+ Multitasking (typing while talking)
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Previous customer service or support experience.
+ Good time management skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
