Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers via various channels, manage customer records, and follow up on customer interactions.

• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
