Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Bevetly Hills, MI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve and handle customer inquiries effectively
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
