Your Role: As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide unparalleled support to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include: Promptly addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency. Ensuring customer satisfaction by swiftly resolving issues and providing accurate information. Proactively monitoring daily customer account activity to respond to urgent matters. Managing monthly customer invoices and processing payments through our MKMS accounts receivable program. Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and collaborating with team members to meet customer requirements. Continuously enhancing your customer service skills and product knowledge to better serve our clientele. Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills in various administrative tasks, including filing, word processing, and email correspondence. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilngual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese). Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the Security Alarm Industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
