We are reaching out to inform you of an urgent requirement for the position of Sr. Customer Service Executive for our US Process.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Position: Sr. Client Service Executive
  • Process: US – Semi-Voice (Email, Chat, Inbound, Outbound)
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in international BPO/Healthcare
  • Education: +2 (HSC pass) or Any Graduate
  • Budget: Up to ₹5 LPA
  • Location - Bangalore (Ganga Nagar)

No. of Open positions - 15

Interview Mode: Face to Face only

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 11AM to 4PM

Shift Timing: 12hrs (7AM to 7PM and 7 PM–7 AM) includes day and night. Total 17 shifts in a month.
