Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Bellingham, Massachusetts. In this part-time role, you will work 24 hours per week, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in the wholesale distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process customer orders promptly, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow up on customer requests or issues within 24-48 hours to provide timely resolutions.
• Utilize ServiceNow and other tools to track and manage customer interactions efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed to support customer needs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to produce reports and documentation as required.
• Assist with inbound and outbound call management in a Zoom Call Center environment.
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain customer databases.
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.
• Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar customer service platforms.
• Excellent email correspondence and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to process orders and manage data entry tasks with accuracy.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
