The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven to generate leads, set appointments, and drive sales through outbound cold calling. This is a fully in-office role in Austin, TX (78702), working roughly 30 hours a week. Monday-Thursday: 7.5-hour workdays Contract
$22/hr Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to a list of potential customers to generate leads, set appointments, or drive sales.
Introduce the company’s products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure a smooth sales handoff to appropriate departments.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on customer objections and industry trends to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
