Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at Affinity Insurance Group. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to policyholders, handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and assisting with claim inquiries. While this role is based in Apex, North Carolina, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a bonus
