Are you a problem solver with a knack for customer service? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our vibrant team in Milton Keynes. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with just 2 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service queries and business enquiries.
  • Process customer orders using SAP.
  • Handle customer complaints and disputes.
  • Provide knowledgeable support on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve pricing and invoicing queries.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and housekeeping.

What We Need:

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service/order processing.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally SAP, and excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
