Order Entry Specialist (MODESTO, CA)

We are looking for a Order Entry Specialist in Modesto, CA responsible for entering daily purchase orders received from clients, following up on orders, including verifying stock availability and estimated delivery times, sending confirmations to customers with any delays or pricing discrepancies via phone, email, or fax

The salary range for this role is 45k-48k annually based on the experience of the selected candidate's experience

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Attach shipped BOL’s to sales order packet.
• Respond to customer inquiries: SDS, COA, Tracking #.
• Ability to distribute order paperwork to the appropriate warehouse
• Ability to communicate with Logistics on shipment scheduling
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associates (preferred)
• Ability to work well with other team members and deal effectively with performance problems
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
