Summary

7days Performance is one of the leading, fastest growing raffle sites in the UK & are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to social media post activity.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest solutions


Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Passionate about being part of a high performing team and learning about a new industry
  • Knowledge of cars and other vehicles is preferred
