7days Performance is one of the leading, fastest growing raffle sites in the UK & are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Respond to social media post activity.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest solutions.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
Passionate about being part of a high performing team and learning about a new industry.
Knowledge of cars and other vehicles is preferred.
