As our new Customer Service Employee, you will play a key role in ensuring top-tier customer experiences across multiple brands. You will work alongside a dedicated team, directly responding to customer inquiries and helping optimize our support processes. • Answer customer inquiries (90%) – Handle emails, direct messages, and occasional phone calls in German and English.
• Content and communication support (10%) – Assist with translations, email templates, and social media responses.
• Ensure fast and effective resolutions – Maintain our 24-hour response SLA while keeping customers happy.
• Work closely with your buddy – You will be the second full-time Customer Support person, so teamwork is key.
• Improve processes – Spot opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) – Excellent writing skills and phone etiquette. (If you are also fluent in French this is a big +)
• Some experience in customer communication – Whether it is support, sales, or hospitality, we value your ability to engage with customers.
• Problem-solver with attention to detail – You enjoy helping people and making things right.
• Independent and proactive – You will have room to take ownership of your work after training.
• Flexible mindset – While you will have a set schedule, you may occasionally work a Saturday during peak months (November and December).

• Flexible work hours: On average 20 hours per week, depending on the time of the year and projects
• Salary: €1,000 – €1,600 (depending on experience) plus performance-based bonuses.
