Responsibilities
CS Data Analytics & Automation Specialist will be responsible for providing high quality data analytics and for automating processes and tasks to streamline workflows and reduce manual workload. This role will be a primary contact for CS Director, Managers and Team Leaders. Within the responsibilities will be creating & maintaining reports and analysis by leveraging data visualization, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and multiple data storage technologies to transform data into compelling and actionable stories on performance and KPI measurements for CS teams. The specialist will be also responsible for creating and optimizing process automations using various automation technologies.
Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation, based on input from CS employees
Create, develop and maintain of KPIs reports for Customer Service function
Provide analysis based on CS leadership needs and on demand, presenting data in an accessible and understandable way
Help to connect disparate data sets, transform and clean the data into a data model and create charts or graphs to provide visuals of the data in Power BI
Participate in major projects of new tools implementation or enhancements to ensure smooth system go-live, data integration and reporting capabilities.
Anticipate and coordinate projects/assignments, organize own schedules, and that of others, to meet deadlines. May gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming meetings & projects.
Co-operate closely with IT in order to create and maintain solutions in accordance with company’s policies and IT architecture
Qualifications
Experience required:
2 years+ experience in analyzing data and building automation solutions
Fluency in English
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (incl. VBA)
Advanced Power BI skills
Experience in automation tools and programming languages such as Java, Python, web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and databases such as SQL or Oracle
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Advanced communication skills in order to provide complex information in a simple and accessible way
Proactive problem solving approach
Experience preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience with Open Text, Esker (or other order optical scanning)
Experience in working with transactional survey platforms/tools
Experience in working with CRM (Sales Force)
Experience in Process mining and automation software
Experience in Robotics
