Summary

1) Job Purpose:

Manage overall business operations. Identify and implement new business strategies to improve customer satiation. Refine all business processes and practices to support business growth. Participate in and oversee the areas of customer service, logistics, warehousing and accounting.

Role Context :

1.      Working between Sales team, logistics team, planning team and end customer to ensure all requirements are met and material is delivered on time and as expected.

2.      Manage complexities due to multiple inputs and multiple outputs.

3.      Facilitate smooth sales & operations working by acting as a point of contact for Customer related requirements.

4.      Interact with >100 customers in various regions and industries with varied requirements.

5.      Process owner for sampling to customers.

6.      Resolving issues both internally as well as externally, for anything that gets stuck at any stage, which can potentially lead to customer servicing issues.

7.      Influence timely flow of information, material and documents to customers


Plan and Executive high levels of end customer servicing

·        Interact and understand customer requirements through active engagement with sales teams and customers.

·        Proactive communication of logistics related information to customer

·        Develop customer specific reporting to better service the customer

·        Develop pro-active systems and measures to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction

Support the sales cycle

·        Receive, validate, enter and submit customer

·        PO’s for internal approval

·        Enter PO’s to the plants

·        Create sales contracts, sales orders and delivery orders

·        Submit release orders to the warehouses for customer shipments

·        Create and send customer invoices

Analytical support

·        Support sales team with data analysis

·        Develop and generate KPI reporting

Inventory Management

·        Receive all inventory into warehouses

·        Work with sales team for replenishment orders

·        Reconcile inventory for all warehouses Management

·        Oversee the customer service, logistic and accounting team
