Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Service Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team!

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for timely, friendly, and professional support to our retail partners and internal teams across ANZ. The role focuses on processing orders, the cash conversion cycle, managing returns, tracking deliveries and managing direct relationship with B2B customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our B2B retail partners and internal teams
  • Process customer orders, credits, and returns within SLA
  • Coordinate and track priorities with 3PL partners on order fulfilment
  • Track order fulfilment, deliveries, manage returns efficiently and maintain customer service level
  • Support promotional activity and stock return processes
  • Process invoices and troubleshoot any issues in a timely manner
  • Generate reports to track business targets and reports on ETA, manage stakeholder expectations


About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service/order entry, with an understanding of supply chain
  • You’re a passionate customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • You bring strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy supporting cross-functional teams
  • You are confident on the phone with a pleasant and helpful manner
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, understanding of ERP workflow
  • Motivated to explore opportunities and efficiencies within order to cash process
