What's in it for you?
As a member of the customer service team, you will contribute the complete operations cycle through the coordination of service mandates. Assisting and collaborating with your functional group and the sales team, you will ensure that customer needs are fulfilled while enhancing Laurentide’s profitability through the supply of coordination support.
What You Bring To The Table
Given your attention to detail you reconcile our customers' purchase orders with our quotes to ensure accurate invoicing
Creation of customer orders according to deliverables and deadlines
Opening of work orders and projects in our computerized management system and assignment of the technical resources necessary to carry out the mandates
Make the necessary purchases for the mandates
Control time entries & expenses of the technical team
Reconcile hours in our computerized systems and those of our customers
Follow up on active WOs, follow up to customers for missing P.O.
Invoicing - Take out the balance sheets of fees and expense
Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful
Minimum 3 years experience in customer service.
DEC in administration an asset.
Written and verbal communication skills in French.
Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset
Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer requests and problem solve.
Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
