Job Summary:
We are hiring for a US-based 1st party soft collection process. This role requires candidates to handle customer interactions professionally while ensuring a smooth collections process. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for soft collections in a professional manner.
Assist customers with payment plans and resolve payment-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow compliance guidelines.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Work in alignment with process and performance targets.
Key Requirements: Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduates / HSC freshers and above are welcome.
Age Limit: Maximum 39 years.
Work Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
Shift: Rotational night shifts (9 hours).
Work-life balance: 2 rotational week-offs.
Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹32,000 in-hand per month.
Additional Incentives: ₹2,000 + ₹1,000 (performance-based).
