The Big Picture

Reporting to the Manager, this is a key position in providing the best customer experience for our customers.

As a Customer Service Associate your main responsibility will be to process and verify customer orders in a timely manner. In addition, you will be responsible for day-to-day issues that stem from customer orders and invoicing, and may support other functions such as Servicing, RMAs, demo stock, etc.

Impact Through Innovation

• Processes customer orders by entering data provided on the Purchase Order.
• Verifies customer orders to ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained.
• Advises customers of any delays related to their orders and provides them with an estimated time of arrival.
• Responds to customer inquiries via the telephone and email; including but not limited to general requests, pricing, tracking shipments, purchase order discrepancies, product information and proof of delivery.
• Collaborates with the sales team to address missing documentation or information and general inquiries.
• Deliver quality customer experience and recommend operational improvements where opportunity exists.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
• Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Your Unique Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree, or related education with equivalent experience
• 2 + years of experience in a similar or related role of customer service and order desk environment required.
• Strong Communication and Data Entry Skills
• Microsoft applications experience in Word, Excel, Office etc.

• Knowledge of ERP or order processing systems.
• Bilingualism (French & English)
