The position will analyze and answer requests by mail, telephone, fax, or in person from customers. Search Company records to obtain information requested by customer and utilize software to prepare responses to inquiries. Frequent customer contact regarding questions; issues; and cross selling of products.
Internal contacts include Shipping, Billing, etc. regarding suspense items, proposals, problems etc. Multiple external contacts.
One to three years of experience in a customer service position is desirable. Approximately 6 months to 1 year is needed to gain full job familiarity.
