• Follow up with inbound leads to guide them through the vendor onboarding process.
• Assist vendors with account setup, documentation, and service listing.
• Provide ongoing support and answer questions related to the platform.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and tech teams to ensure a smooth vendor experience.

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or vendor support.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Punjabi or Gujarati is a plus).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and handling basic technical queries.
