Qualifications:
Must have 2 years in Customer Service Experience
Must have excellent English communication skills both written & verbal
Must have experience in voice & non-voice accounts.
Amenable for a permanent onsite & shifting schedule
Sales or Upselling experience is a plus
Job Description:
Your first priority is to provide exceptional service by embodying the core values of the company in all of your interactions with our guests and chauffeur worldwide. You are the voice and face of the company.
You will work to resolve a wide variety of queries for guests and chauffeurs, utilizing a broad understanding of our policies and procedures to do so.
You will communicate over phone, email and chat to resolve queries, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone within these interactions.
You have the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching, resolving, and de-escalating issues.
You will remain cognizant of service levels, ensuring that we manage incoming queries as quickly as possible, while aiming for a first contact resolution.
Familiar with the company’s products and worldwide availability, you will use your role to generate sales through effective cross promotion and upselling.
You have the ability to foster positive relationships with team members, managers, and other departments.
You will promote and encourage an open feedback culture within the company.
You are organized, a self-starter, and able to begin and follow through with tasks.
