We are seeking customer service representatives to join our bustling organization. You will be required to field scheme-related queries from customers, provide pre-authorization for medical treatment, and outline information regarding co-payments. claims, eligibility or benefits. You should also advise current and prospective members about the most suitable plans based on their needs.. Ensure all processes, guidelines, and Service-Level-Agreement (SLAs) are adhered to through all points of contact.
Call Center Representative responsibilities include:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
Assisting customers with claims, pre-authorizations for medical treatment if covered, checking insurance eligibility, benefits or claims, co-pays, billing, etc
QUALIFICATION:
With at least 6 months call center experience handled different industry (healthcare, insurance, tech roles, sales, RCM)
Prior experience as a customer service specialist or equivalent, ideally within a similar setting.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
CALL CENTER experience is an advantage
