There will be 91 exclusive Horizon Club rooms and suites, as well as a private grand lobby at Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai. The hotel also offers dining services, Wellness Club, and nearly 3,000 sqm of meeting and event space, shared with Traders Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai.
Located in the heart of Hongqiao international CBD, the hotel is next to Hongqiao shopping centre and connected to Terminal 2 of Hongqiao Airport, within walking distance of the airport and railway station. In the first quarter of 2025, Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai is set to officially open its door to welcome discerning travellers.
We are currently looking for a Customer Sales Manager to join us.
As a Customer Sales Manager, we rely on you to：
- To assist the Directors Of Customer Sales in the supervision of all activities pertaining to the Reservations Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profit.
- To constantly review task processes and staff productivity in ensuring that work standards are consistently met.
- To provide CRO and RSOs/RRO with updated room availability to maximize
- sales opportunities and minimize regrets build-up.
- To coordinate reservations requirements with the respective departments.

- Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
- Is a strong team player
- Understands the global markets and local environment
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
