As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, and dispatching our team of skilled electricians.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
• A minimum TOEFL iBT speaking score of 23 or an IELTS speaking score of 6.5 is preferred, or an equivalent standard of spoken English proficiency, to ensure clear and professional communication with USA-based customers.
• Proven experience in English-Speaking Customer Service Representative roles, minimum 2 years.
• Experience with CRM systems to manage customer interactions and service requests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow company protocols.
• Familiarity with the electrical services or home services industry is an advantage.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service schedules, and other essential data as required.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize service routes and schedules.
• Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
