About the Job: As a CRM Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products/services. You will build strong relationships, provide exceptional support, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Position Type: Full-Time, On-site
Responsibilities:
➢ Customer Onboarding: Conduct thorough onboarding sessions to ensure customers understand our products/services.
➢ Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
➢ Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.
➢ Communication: Clearly communicate product updates, best practices, and relevant information to customers.
➢ Feedback and Insights: Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to drive product improvements.
➢ Retention and Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
➢ Strong convincing power and should understand the responsibility of handling customer queries.
Requirements:
➢ Fresh graduates with a degree in any field (emphasis on communication).
➢ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
➢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
➢ Strong customer-centric mindset and empathy.
➢ Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
