Job Description
Under daily supervision, the Client Relations Specialist coordinates a client’s waste disposal needs and requests as determined by their service agreement. This role supports the daily disposal needs of smaller volume and routes for the manufacturing and industrial clients and applies basic knowledge of EPA and DOT regulations and waste profiling to complete daily activities. The Specialist follows clearly defined processes and makes limited discretionary decisions and judgement calls as they pertain to client requests and position responsibilities. Also, responsible for review and approval of client billing including discrepancy resolution.

- Salesforce task management
- Retail open order research
- Retail open order billing review
- Customer scheduling & OPS coordination
- Service requests follow-up
- Portal management
- Credit memo issuance
- Customer escalations
- Waste discrepancy management
- Backfilling service orders as needed
- Profile management/whitelisting
- PO management
- Customer reporting
- Quarterly Business Review decks and delivery
- Customer onboarding.
