*** Customer Project Manager / Supply Chain Engagement Lead - 12 Month Maternity cover + Hybrid (Reading) ***

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Supply Chain Engagement Lead to support an exciting project.

This is a 12 month initial contract (maternity cover) to start ASAP, requiring you onsite 3 days a week in Reading.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Customer Engagement Management, focusing on customer journey enhancement, value creation, and retention strategies
• Strong background in optimising supply chain processes, especially in order and claims management
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Co-Pilot, Power Automate) to streamline operations and reporting
• Familiarity with Customer Segmentation and Value Service initiatives
