Customer Program Manager
Job Summary:
A Customer Program Manager will lead the development and execution of customer engagement programs that enhance retention, participation, and brand loyalty. This role plays a key part in creating meaningful and data-driven interactions across the Customer Data & Engagement Platform (CDEP) and through strategic partnerships within the Gokongwei Group (GG) ecosystem and beyond.
The position involves managing institutionalized programs, conceptualizing co-branded campaigns, and leveraging insights from customer data to optimize engagement strategies. The Customer Program Manager will collaborate closely with BU Marketing teams, Go Rewards, CDEP, IT, and Analytics to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver impactful customer experiences.
