As part of a dedicated team spanning Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Lithuania, you will build bridges across the bank, fostering strong client relationships.
About Us
As a Client Manager in Investor Services, you will support Swedish customers, offering daily assistance to major Nordic corporate and institutional clients in their custody activities. We focus on our customers’ needs for post trade services, which consists of a range of Investor Services products:
- Custody (Global Custody & Depositary Services), Asset Services, Securities Settlement, Tax
- Back- & Middle Office Services
- OTC Clearing
- ETD Clearing
- FX Services
- Collateral Management
The team spearheads optimisation and transformational projects within Investor Services and the bank's post-trade value chain. As a customer-facing role, Investor Services Client Management ensures comprehensive accountability for meeting customer service needs across all Investor Services products.
The position can be in Stockholm, Helsinki or Vilnius. Regular travelling to Sweden will be expected.
About The Role
In this role, you will gain expertise in custody and post-trade products, along with a thorough understanding of market, vendor, and regulatory dynamics to effectively engage with the team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Working with stakeholders, you will drive initiatives and maintain focus to meet customer needs and timelines, acting on behalf of the client. You will manage your own portfolio of Swedish clients, serving as their primary Client Manager for daily support and post-trade queries.
You will:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders e.g. Investor Services Sales, Relationship Management, Implementation, Network Management, IT, Operational teams.
- Secure sustainable customer relations with a proactive and service-minded approach.
- Lead and facilitate customer meetings.
- Participate in pre-sales and ad-hoc client meetings.
- Train customers on our digital solutions, guiding them guide through our digital transformation.
- Onboard new customers and expand services to existing ones.
- Lead and engage in various projects.
Your profile
To do well in this role, you have to be customer and task oriented, organised and eager to learn. You thrive working independently, but you are still a flexible and reliable team member. Navigating the complexities of working with large corporate and institutional clients is essential.
Ideally, you have experience in customer-facing roles or with the post-trade value chain in a financial institution.
As part of our team, it is vital that you contribute to a good team spirit with an open-minded approach and maintain high-quality deliveries.
The position requires strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
