STARK is seeking to hire an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist for our Calhoun Georgia location. This role will be responsible for interacting with the company's showrooms and account managers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. They will also review orders that are sent in for accuracy to help avoid claims.

1st Shift Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist showrooms via phone on placing orders, checking stock, pricing and all other questions.
- Maintain constant communication with showrooms on the ETA dates and on will-advise orders.
- Provide Freight Quotes as needed.
- Track shipments
- Follow post-shipping formalities such as matching PO's to the BOL.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Rugs/Carpet Industry
- 3 or more years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Computer proficient- Microsoft- Office proficient
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- AS400 and Dancik experience is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a sitting position for an extended period of time. Will sit most of the working day. Moving through the office occasionally to access file cabinets. Constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery such as calculators, printers, and phones. Frequently communicates with coworkers and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Work Environment:
Office environment with standard office equipment available. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate. There are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work from home will be an option based on advanced request and approval from Manager.
