About the Role

As Customer Operations Manager at Shamballa Jewels, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, development, and satisfaction of our global wholesale customer base. Acting as the vital link between Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and our international partners, you are responsible for delivering exceptional 360° support across all customer touchpoints.

Your mission is to ensure every wholesale partner receives world-class service, consistent account management, and proactive commercial support, thereby helping the business grow sustainably and in alignment with the Shamballa brand values.

You are a strong team player, operating as part of a committed, passionate, and collaborative wholesale team that works closely together to achieve shared goals.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management & Development
  • Own and maintain a structured communication rhythm and contact history with all wholesale accounts.
  • Build and sustain close, trust-based relationships with key customers worldwide.


Sales & Business Support
  • Partner daily with Sales and Sales Management to ensure smooth coordination and visibility on wholesale account activities.
  • Monitor sell-out performance, stock levels, and order patterns per retailer, and initiate timely replenishment and assortment optimization.


Operational Excellence & Administration
  • Support the implementation of best practices in customer operations, prospect handling, and pipeline development.


Your Profile

  • Strong background in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Account Management—preferably within luxury, design, or lifestyle industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity with international client communication.
  • Structured, proactive, and analytical with a commercial mindset.
  • Experienced with CRM tools and sales administration platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Danish; additional languages (especially German and French) are an advantage.
  • A personal connection to aesthetics, craftsmanship, or high-end products is a plus.
