Role Overview

As a Customer Integration Project Manager at Telema, you will be responsible for seamlessly onboarding corporate customers onto Telema’s EDI solutions. Managing multiple integration projects simultaneously, you will ensure efficient automation of business processes by working closely with customers, ERP partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute integration projects, planning and coordinating with customers and ERP partners.
• Configure Telema services, set up accounts, and define user rights.
• Provide technical training and guidance to key users.
• Conduct system testing before go-live.
• Specify development tasks for non-standard projects and collaborate with developers.
• Advise and support ERP software companies regarding Telema solutions.

Your Profile:

• Strong project management skills: planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• IT knowledge: understanding of DB/SQL, XML/XSL, and ERP systems (SAP, MSDynamics, ...).
• University degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Directo) is an asset.
