Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Insight Manager to lead market and customer research. This role involves designing and managing qualitative and quantitative studies like surveys, focus groups, and behavioral analysis. You will analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and drive growth. Additionally, you will assess feedback from customer support and reviews to find trends and pain points. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in market research, data analysis, and collaboration. Proficiency in research methodologies and translating data into strategic recommendations is essential.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead market research initiatives to track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage quantitative and qualitative research projects, such as customer surveys, focus groups, and behavioral studies analysis.
  • Analyze customer data, user behavior, and product performance to identify opportunities for product improvements and business growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback from multiple sources (e.g., customer support interactions, reviews, and forums) to detect patterns, strengths, and pain points.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to senior management, product teams, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, marketing, and CRM teams to integrate customer insights into decision-making and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes in key markets to make suitable product recommendations.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in subjects like Market Research, Statistical Analysis, Psychology or a related field with 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Data Analysis, Qualitative and Quantitative Research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Proficiency in the English language (C1) and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications & Key Skills:


  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing studies to gather actionable customer insights.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Skilled in translating findings into strategic business recommendations.
  • Exceptional ability to convey research findings through clear reports and presentations.
  • Ability to integrate customer insights into business strategies.
  • Familiarity with market research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, User Testing).
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and management practices (e.g., SPSS & SQL) and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros).
  • Awareness of customer behaviors and market trends to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • A degree in commerce, economics, psychology, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
