QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Ekonometrics, Psychology, Sociology or Antrolopology is preferred.
  • Min 2 years experience in quantitative and / or qualitative data companies (Nielsen is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and understanding of data structures
  • Experience with Power BI is desirable
  • Strong ability to think and communicate in a structured manner
  • Passionate in data visualisation and data storytelling, with strong aesthetic sense
  • High sense of curiosity, especially around consumer behaviour, motivations, and emerging trends
  • Demonstrated ability to translate qualitative observations into actionable insights
  • Experience or interest in insight hunting, ethnographic research, or trend analysis is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and quick learner, eager to grow and develop
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • High sense of curiosity and problem-solving drive
  • Willing to commute to the office (HQ in Maslak) 5 days a week with flexible working hours.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Nielsen quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities and treats
  • Develop data pipelines to automatically clean and store data, create monthly data reports for several market landscapes in a timely and effective manner
  • Query data according to research needs
  • Set benchmarks and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Be able to present key findings from analyses to senior management to inform decision-making
  • Design data visualisation dashboards in collaboration with colleagues from respective teams
  • Train colleagues outside of the analytics team in data analysis to incorporate data analytics into business decision-making
  • Support consumer insight generation through trend tracking, ethnographic exploration, and consumer listening activities
  • Explore and test emerging research technologies (e.g. AI-assisted surveys, social listening tools, mobile ethnography platforms) with a focus on cost-effective innovation
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify storytelling opportunities for award submissions and support the insight development needed for such entries
  • Stay up to date on local and global marketing award programs (Effie, Felis, etc.) and contribute with data and insight that strengthens strategic narratives
