Job description Role and Responsibilities · Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email, and telephone · Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required · Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided · Promote available products and services to clients · Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients · Cooperate effectively with other departments as required · Contribute to team effort by achieve targeted results Qualifications and Education Requirements· - Bachelors/ Master’s Degree. · Native Urdu speaker with excellent oral and written skills · Excellent Oral and Written Skills in English · Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization. · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent computer literacy · Equipment provided upon employment. · Preferred Age: 20 - 30 years old Job Types: Full-time, Contract Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Customer support: 2 years (Required) Language: Fluent English (Required) Location: Islamabad (Preferred) Work Location: In person
