Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Experience Representative located in Madison, WI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and enhancing overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, offering product recommendations, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
