The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales of our products. If you have a passion for selling, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. **Duties:** - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunitie - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads - Promote products/services to new and existing customers - Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team - Maintain positive business and customer relationships to to prolong customer lifetime value - Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction - Meet or exceed monthly sales goals - Data entry of web & e-mail orders - Continuously improve through feedback **Requirements:** - Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written - Highly motivated, determined, and target driven - Proven track record in the sales environment - Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota - Familiarity with ERP Systems - Bachelor's degree preferred but will accept relevant experience - Experience with multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing personal performance - Proven experience in sales or customer service roles - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively - Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are beneficial This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
